What exactly is a hosted PBX?

Will the call quality be as good as a traditional line?
Yes — usually better. We deliver HD voice over SIP with QoS-tuned routers, redundant carriers and SBC protection. Where fibre is unavailable we use LTE or wireless failover so calls stay up.
Do we need new phones?
No. Use your existing SIP-compatible handsets, our free softphone apps on mobile and desktop, or we will supply and configure new Yealink hardware.
