ABOUT MAD STEEL WORX Michael Hartley manager of Mad Steel Worx, is a qualified draftsman and has over 6 years of experience in the development of structural drawings and building plans, and over 16 years of experience as a boilermaker. With his team they put together their collective skills to provide clients with reliable and quality construction. Mad Steel Worx is divided into 3 groups: Mad Steel Shop, Mad Steel Fabrication and Mad Trailers.
MAD STEEL WORX SHOP
STEEL We stock mild steel tubes, pipes, sheets, mesh, wire, beams, channel iron and columns.
ELECTRICAL We only stock a small variety of electrical products from extention cabels to light switches, light bulbs, plugs, flood lights etc.
PPE We stock all sorts of ppe from hard hat to safety boots and everything in between.
STEEL PAINT We stock an assorted variety of steel paints. QD enamels, etch primer, dtm, galvanized iron primer and cleaner.
WELDING ACCESSORIES Anything you need for welding we stock it. exp: welding rods, nozzels, mig wire, cutting and grinding discs and welding helmets.
GARDEN TOOLS We supply all garden tools big or small. Wheel barrows, spades, garden forks, garden hoses with fittings, building trowel and rakes.

MAD STEEL FABRICATION In the mad steel worx workshop our team puts together their collective skills to provide clients with reliable and quality construction. We are equipped with the following equipment to ensure that we deliver orders and projects on time: two mobile cranes, cut and bend machines, punching and sheering machine, gelatine, press machine, straight line cutter and a mobile boom lift.
WALKWAYS We manufacture suspended or suported mezanine walkways for industrial, commercial or residential buildings. Which can be covered with timber sheets, vastrap floor plates/checker plates, steel sheets or metal grating. We deliver to site and install.
BALUSTRADING Custom designed balustrading can be manufactured in mild steel, galvanized, powdercoated or stainless steel and can be finished off with wooden handrails. We deliver to site and install.
PALISADE We manufacture domestic & industrial palisade panels in 2mx3m lenghts. We deliver to site and install. ​ ​
