 Grade 12 Certification.  Excellent Communication Skills.  Ability to be a self starter and work independantly on projects while reporting to a supervisor.  Proven work experience as a Web Designer and/or graphic designer with demonstrable creativity skills and/or a solid portfolio.  Proficiency in Xara, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.  Ability to work well under pressure in solving problems creatively and effectively and keeping to deadlines.  Ability to take instruction and constructive criticism from both supervisors and colleagues.  Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.  Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.

 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.  Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart, etc.  Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.  Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics or equivalent services.  Experience with Domain registrations, Web Hosting.  Experience or knowledge on basic Email creation and basic DNS Zone record implementation.  Experience with SPF, DMARC, DKIM creation and maintenance.
